Their challenge, however, was to fend off the expected onslaught of competitors with an enticing site that was both simple to use and easy to manage.

To handle this monumental task, TVB needed an on line system that would log, categorize, assign approval numbers, and archive for future research all TV commercials sent to them for approval from multiple on line sources.
